Should have min. 5 years Exp. as a Project Engg. Capable to provide all Technical detail to the lower Staff. Can do the Planning day by day and monitoring the same .He will be responsible to provide all detail to the Billing Dept. and Material requirement to the Store .
QUALITY ENGINEERS
Having min. 8 to 10 Years of Exp. as a Quality Engg. Able to work as a individual agency at site .Solely responsible to maintain all documents require by Client/Consultant. Having knowledge of QAP and Field Test.
BILLING AND DOCUMENTATION ENGG.
Having Min. 8 to 10 years Exp in same Field. Should be able to study the Contract for each item. Having knowledge of making Extra Items with Analysis. Able to Collect quotation and do Negotiation with Agencies, making comparison statement, Making PRW Bills with respect to our work done bills, Making reconciliation of free issue material and Material Supplied by Company with each work done Bill.Collect data from different Dept and submit the same with Bills. Getting approval of Bill from Client.
FOREMEN
Having min. 5 Years Exp in Civil Construction. Capable to Read the Drawings and take maximum out put from Labour.
SITE SUPERVISOR
Having Min. 5 to 7 Years Exp in Mass Housing work. Able to take maximum out put from Workers. Able to Measure and record the work done by labour daily basis.
SAFETY SUPERVISOR .
Min 3 to 6 Years of Exp. in Construction Company as a Safety Officer. Able to follow standard rules and regulation of Safety Standard. He should be able to work as a individual agency at Site.
